THE COFFEE Origin: Chiapas, Mexico Type: Decaf Rest: We recommend resting this coffee for at least one week after its roast date Brew: Enjoy this coffee with or without milk and using any of your favourite brew methods THE PRODUCER People: This coffee was grown by 24 farming families who live and work on coffee farms in Chiapas Place: The farms are located in the mountains of the Sierra Madre de Chiapas, which are known for their incredible biodiversity and ecological importance Process: The caffeine is extracted using pure spring water from Pico de Orizaba, the tallest volcano in Mexico; no chemicals are used so the coffee retains its original and wonderful flavour profile
