Our Return & Refund Guidelines
Each seller is responsible for their own policies regarding refunds and returns.
Kelleco does not own, possess, store or trade any item listed on this marketplace. The contract of sale is between the buyer and seller.
Kelleco is not involved in the actual transaction process.
Below we highlight the Kelleco Return and Refund Guidelines, which must be the minimum requirements followed by every user.

All returns must be authorised by the seller before being posted. As there may be alternative options, which could be agreed.
If a product the buyer has purchased on Kelleco.com is faulty, not as advertised or the incorrect item, the seller has to offer free return postage, or offer to refund the shipping costs after the item has been returned.
The seller is not liable for your return shipping costs if the buyer ordered an incorrect item, wrong size, or just changed their mind.
A seller does not have to accept the return of underwear, swimwear or jewellery for piercings. Any return options for these product types is purely at the seller's discretion.
Sellers are only required to refund standard postage charges corresponding to the least expensive type of delivery offered by them, or the equivalent original shipping method.
It is the buyer’s responsibility to make sure that the item is safely packaged and received by the seller, once a return has been authorised. We recommend using a secure delivery method which includes tracking or requires a signature upon receipt.
If a buyer refuses to return an item, the seller is not required to refund or replace an order. Unless an alternative agreement has been reached between both parties.
All returned items must remain unused, in their original packaging with any tags, unless faulty.
Any return requests must be received by the seller at a maximum of 30 days after purchase.
All refunds must be processed within 72 hours of the returned item being received by the seller.
The refund amount will be made directly to the payment method originally used to place the order.
Kelleco does not make any guarantees or warranties regarding product quality, safety, or legality. Any legal claim or dispute related to an item purchased must be brought directly against the seller.
By trading on Kelleco you release us from any claims related to items sold through our marketplace. This may include defective items, misrepresentations by sellers, or items that have caused physical injury.
Kelleco may, on occasion, provide guidance throughout the buying and selling process, but this is solely for information purposes and it is the users decision to follow our advice, or not. Kelleco.com has no obligation to resolve any disputes.
