Kelleco.com is a marketplace for small businesses and independent sellers to offer their products and creations for sale.

All products offered for sale within our Grocery Department must be Vegan or Vegetarian, and must be advertised as such. All products sold within our Clothing & Accessories and Home & Garden categories must be sustainable and/or eco-friendly. Plus, wherever possible, from an ethical source. You will also discover a wide range of handcrafted creations from planet conscious individuals.

Another thing that makes us different is our sellers can choose for Kelleco to donate 50% of their commission fee to a registered UK charity of their choice.

You can be assured that when placing your order on the Kelleco.com website your personal and payment details are secure. Kelleco.com uses a secure payment system provided by Stripe.

Stripe has been audited by a PCI-certified auditor and is certified to PCI Service Provider Level 1. This is the most stringent level of certification available in the payments industry.

A seller may offer promotions throughout the year. This includes the opportunity to offer a Voucher Code which will be promoted on their Storefront and/or product pages.

A confirmed order cannot be changed or cancelled once it has been shipped. 

The courier information and shipping method will be displayed on each individual product page and on the basket page, before confirming your order. 

We are conscious of our carbon footprint and the damage us humans are doing to our planet. 

An approximate delivery time will be displayed on each individual product page and on the basket page before confirming your order. 

The first thing to do is check Your Account page. This will feature the estimated delivery times of your purchases. It will also provide the shipping method and any available tracking numbers. 

Contact the Seller, providing as much information as possible regarding the issue. 

Contact the seller and discuss the options on how to return your item, or if an alternative option can be agreed. You can contact the seller from your Your Account

Do not return an item before communicating with the seller and arranging the return process.

For existing purchases, you can contact the seller directly from the purchase history page in Your Account Also, any seller can be contacted from their product page or Storefront.

All communication between buyer and seller must take place through Kelleco.com

If a resolution cannot be reached between a buyer and seller, Kellecom.com will step in and make a decision at the request of either party. 

Listing your products with us is a quick and easy process. 

The General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR] gives individuals more transparency, rights and control over the way their personal information is used.

This includes the option to permanently close and delete your account and data. Please note, once an account is permanently deleted, the account cannot be reinstated.

An account can only be deleted once any unresolved issues have been rectified and/or pending transactions concluded.
