We are a speciality coffee roaster based near St Andrews. Our single origin, light roast coffee is carefully crafted to bring a little extra joy to the moments in life that people love most.

What's more, we only buy coffee from smallholder farming communities who grow and produce extraordinary coffee; by working in this way, we ensure full traceability and can celebrate the extraordinary work of the coffee farming community.

As a light roast specialist, we roast with precision and care, showcasing the unique characteristics of a coffee’s origin. We craft coffee that is lively and playful, packed with beautiful flavours and has none of the bitterness often associated with coffee.
