Remote islands travelled with glimmering beach lights ignited the idea for these wonderfully unique lanterns and the original inspiration for the ‘Journeys’ collection. Individually made frit balls and stringers, in a selection of coloured, iridescent and dichroic glass, are hand placed and tac fired. This process retains some of the glass’ texture, creating an original design each time. The two handmade panels are then fixed into a slim grey metal lantern casing with two clear side panels.
