Ingredients: Peanuts, sesame, coconut, coconut milk, salt, palm sugar, tamarind paste, garam masala, coriander powder, curry leaves, turmeric, vegetable oil, onion, garlic, tomato purée, red chilli, asafoetida, mustard seeds Recipe suggestion: Sauté aubergine till half cooked, add half a jar of paste and coconut milk and cook through. Season with salt. Also works with fish and chicken. Storage: refrigerate and use within a week, or freeze and use within two months.
