Ingredients: Cashew nuts, cumin, coriander, dried fenugreek, tomato purée, onion, red and green chillies, garam masala, garlic, turmeric, ginger, ghee, oil, mustard oil, mango powder, poppy seeds, chilli paste, black pepper, asafoetida, fennel powder Recipe suggestion: Sauté 400g meat-free chicken in oil for a few mins, add half the jar, tomato purée and yoghurt, stir quickly and cook through. Season with salt and garam masala. Also works with paneer and vegetables. Storage: refrigerate and use within a week, or freeze and use within two months.
