The Story So Far

Tom has always been a big fan of millionaire's shortbread. He was experimenting with a peanut flavoured version one day and realised that the peanut-loaded caramel filling was so good that it could be sold as a product in its own right. He made bulk batches of it and packaged it into jars, then his hot-shot graphic designer sister Claire did a design for the labels and Peanut Caramel was born.

He was working as a chef at the time, and it will come as little surprise to any readers who know the typical hours of a chef that he didn't have much spare time to work on a side project such as this. Tom had to shelve the Peanut Caramel project for the time being.

That was over 10 years ago... fast forward to 2024 and Peanut Caramel is back! It has a revamped classy new label design (thanks Claire), an improved recipe and an accompanying website with a growing library of delicious dessert recipes to make with it, including peanut caramel cheesecake, peanut caramel popcorn, peanut caramel and jam crème brûlée and more.
