Laura Llewellyn Design
I began designing jewellery while studying Art & Design. After earning my degree in Jewellery Design in 2006, I worked in the industry before founding Hampshire School of Jewellery in 2016 and my own brand, Laura Llewellyn Design, in 2017.
About Laura Llewellyn Design
I started designing and making jewellery at college on an evening course whilest also studying for my Art and Design Foundation Degree, before going on to study Jewellery Design at university (Kent Institute of Art and Design). Since graduating in 2006 I have worked within the jewellery industry in a variety of roles including designing and making jewellery.
In 2016 I decided to set up my own business teaching jewellery making and Hampshire School of Jewellery was born.
Having always made jewellery for family and friends alongside my work, I set up Laura Llewellyn Design in Autumn 2017.
As a small business owner I design and make each and every piece completely from inception to final polish as well as managing the orders, marketing etc.
Outside of making jewellery I love to dance (ballroom and latin), bake sweet treats, mix cocktails and I’m addicted to nail varnish (very impractical for a jeweller!)
