Your Products
All products sold within our Clothing & Accessories and Home & Garden categories must be sustainable and/or eco-friendly. Plus, wherever possible, from an ethical source.
Seller Standards
As a seller on Kelleco you agree to not...
- List or upload content or items in inappropriate categories or areas on our sites.
- Post false, inaccurate, misleading, defamatory or libelous content.
- Breach or circumvent any laws, third-party rights or our systems or policies.
- Sell any counterfeit items or otherwise infringe the copyright, trademark or other rights of third parties.
- Infringe any Intellectual Property Rights that belong to third parties or post content that does not belong to you.
- Fail to ship and deliver items sold by you, unless you have a valid reason. For example the item is no longer available or the buyer fails to comply with the terms posted in your listing, or you cannot contact the buyer to rectify the issue.
- Alter the price of any item post sale, or interfere with any other user's listings.
- Distribute electronically or post spam, unsolicited or bulk communications, chain letters, or pyramid schemes.
- Use contact information of other users for any purpose other than in relation to a specific transaction on Kelleco.com
Product Restrictions
We do not accept listings for any items that we believe fall into the following product categories...
- Products or by-products of animal slaughter.
- Knives and sharp tools.
- Medical devices.
- Hazardous materials.
- All fire arms and accessories.
- Alcohol.
- Illegal drugs and associated paraphernalia.
- Offensive materials.
- Tobacco & vapes.
- Weapons of any description.
- All products must be animal cruelty free.

If you are registering as a business seller on Kelleco.com, you represent that you have the authority to legally bind that entity.
As a business seller, you must comply with all applicable laws relating to online trading for that territory and the site you are selling on.
You are solely responsible for the account content and products listed. It is your responsibility to ensure that you are not infringing or violating any third party rights or copyright laws.
Any seller seen to be breaking our code, will be warned/advised about their future conduct and sales practice. This could result in your account being suspended or, in extreme circumstances, terminated. Any action taken by Kelleco.com is final.
Always be honest and kind. Remember, it is an offence to provide false information, or impersonate another individual or business through your Kelleco.com account.
Any suspicion of fraud will be dealt with accordingly and information passed on to the relevant authorities. Kelleco.com operates a zero tolerance policy and will always prosecute when necessary, no matter what the transaction value.

Fees and Donations
All sales are subject to a 10% commission fee [+vat at the applicable rate].
You can choose for Kelleco to donate half of your 10% commission fee to a charity of your choice.
You will be able to select your charity from our extensive list, and we welcome recommendations of UK registered charities.
Please think about this carefully before making your decision, and selecting your chosen charity. We would always strongly recommend sticking with your charity for a minimum of 3 months, before considering making a change.
All funds paid monthly into a business, individual or charity organisation are each liable to a £2.50 processing fee on each monthly transfer
There is no subscription fee and no additional hidden costs.
Funds to both seller and charity will be processed on the 1st of each month. These are calculated based on transactions completed in the previous calendar month [inclusive]. Any payments or refunds which cannot be covered by the account balance will result in your account having a negative balance until new transactions are processed.
You will receive an email confirmation to confirm the payment breakdown and this information can also be found in Your Account

As a seller you will be provided with a unique Store URL plus access to your Seller Portal with numerous customisable features. This will allow you to promote your products to your existing and potential customers across all social media platforms.
Product title, bullet points and the optional description fields are purely for product information. They must not contain any advertising, web links, html or images.
We recommend that all product images are taken on a white background. When this is not possible, please make sure that all photos look professional and clear. Images must not contain any text, company logos or icons. We reserve the right to remove any images that do not meet our expected standards or breach our guidelines.
Kelleco reserves the right, on very rare occasions, to edit a product image. Removing any text or unnecessary background images. You will be informed of any changes.

All orders must be shipped within a maximum of 72 hours once a transaction has been confirmed. All available tracking information must be added to the order information in your Seller Account when confirming despatch.
Wherever possible we encourage our sellers to reuse packaging or when this is not a viable option, source recycled packaging material to ship orders.
We are conscious of our carbon footprint and the damage us humans are doing to our planet. That is why we made the decision that for now, we will only allow shipping to customers within the UK and all of our sellers must be based within the UK.

Customer Service
All enquiries from site users must be answered within a maximum of 72 hours, from when the message has been received.
Please Note: Persistent offenders, who do not follow our guidelines will have their account suspended or in more serious cases, terminated.
Kelleco reserves the right to place test / anonymous orders from any of our sellers, which allow us to monitor quality of service and product.
