HOW IS THIS PRODUCT MADE ? The Deep Decoction method of making a mushroom extract involves a thorough and prolonged hot water process to ensure maximum extraction of beneficial compounds from tough and fibrous mushroom materials. This method is particularly effective for mushrooms like shiitake. HOW TO USE: Give the pipette a good squeeze until there is about 2cm worth of extract, and then take that directly on or under your tongue daily. Alternatively, we like to use it as wanted, especially when we're starting to feel a cold coming on!
